SCHOLARSHIP

The Devon Fish and Game is proud to present its Annual Scholarship Program.

Applications are accepted by email between March 1 and May 31 annually.

One $1000 scholarship will be funded each year, however, depending on the financial position of the Club and the applications submitted, by majority vote the Club Executive may authorize the Scholarship Committee to award additional scholarships in the same application period.

Applicants must be a resident of the Province of Alberta, be a member in good standing of the Devon Fish and Game, and have held a membership for at least the two consecutive years prior to submission of their application.

  • The applicant must be between the ages of 16 and 22 at the time the application is submitted.

  • Scholarships can be awarded to an individual no more than twice in a lifetime period.

  • While it is a consideration, acceptance to a post secondary program is not a requirement.

Please note our membership fees increased in 2021 in direct relation to the increase in affiliation fees with the Alberta Fish and Game Association.
